Pang, Yuwen
Post-doctoral Research Fellow
Yuwen Pang is a spatial ecologist and remote sensing scientist whose research integrates Earth observation, field ecology, machine learning, and spatial modeling to understand ecosystem dynamics and environmental change. Her work focuses on mapping and monitoring vegetation and habitats, quantifying landscape and human influences on ecological processes, and linking remotely sensed environmental conditions with wildlife and ecosystem responses. Her broader research interests include the effects of climate-driven ecosystem change on vegetation, ecosystem ecology, and biodiversity conservation.
