Audience Development, Audience Research, and Community Partnerships
At the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, Rozan works with teams across the institution to help them to expand and deepen engagement with visitors. Rozan launched Smithsonian's award-nominated Staff Learning Series, which has featured speakers from the U.S. Census Bureau, Facebook’s META, the U.S. Transgender Survey, Open AI’s ChatGPT, the U.S. Library of Congress, and many others. Rozan is an advisor to Made By Us, a pioneering Gen Z Civics initiative, and directs the museum’s trauma-support program in collaboration with SUNY New Paltz’s Institute for Disaster Mental Health.
Rozan was recognized by Blooloop as a 2023 top 10 member of its annual Top 50 Museum Influencer list. He is a founding member of the International Audience Engagement Network and serves on the international advisory committee to the Comuseum in Athens, Greece.
